East Wallace Motorcycle Campground is opening JUNE 11TH 2018
We are a Motorcycle Only Campground, this is the concept to give riders a camp to call home, sorry to any of the people who are hoping to camp with a vehicle as allowing them would effect the whole idea, if your are looking for a campground for RVs/Cars there are numerous camps near this camp.
We allow vehicles one time a year August 11th 2018 for TOADSTOCK if you desire to check out the camp.
E.W.M.C. is a camp exclusively for motorcycles providing tenting and huts. The concept is designed to have a spot for the riders away from home, enjoying interaction amongst other riders and their travels.
The camp is designed for the rider, the front office has a complementary morning coffee /tea, we also provide the basic pop/water/ice , firewood and picnic tents if desired to provide shade/weather or pesky bugs while eating for a small fee. There is a communal fridge and barbecue at the common spot with picnic tables and eating area . We have an excellent wash-house with clean flush toilets/sinks/private showers/barrier free facility along with a coin operated laundry room and a large sink for washing dishes. All site have no power but we provide areas for phone charging and assist in power for health reasons upon request, Each site has a picnic table and fire pit. Another beautiful attraction is in progress a walking path through the woods with future sites finishing at the ocean with a screened room to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
We are 4 km east of the village of Wallace which boasts two great places to eat ,a gas station/liquor /convenience store all in one building, along with a hardware store if any other items are needed. Just down the road from camp approx 5 km we have Jost Wineries a Nova Scotia Treasure. The villages of Tatamagouche and Pugwash are also close by approx 14 km providing a larger choice of amenities and very interesting shops, restaurants and micro breweries.
Once you arrive in Nova Scotia at the New Brunswick border we are approx 45 km from the Amherst Tourism Information Centre.
We are also proud to be partners with Bikers Down Society for the 2nd year providing the camp for Toadstock August 11th 2018. A great cause and a lot of FUN.
